Once we have received your payment, we will ship goods with EMS worldwide.


All programs can also be tracked online with the tracking number. Your individual tracking number to you by e-mail once the goods have left our warehouse. Enter your consignment number on the tracking link and follow you in the comfort of the status of your delivery.


delivery by EMS, the delivery time is usually 7-14 business days is. Products that are labeled as in stock (stock symbol) will be shipped usually within 24 hours. (If payment in advance of delivery immediately after receipt of payment to our bank account.)
 The delivery time for items not in stock, please refer to the corresponding notes on the availability and delivery time in the product description.
 For deliveries with our shipping partner Continent, the delivery time depends on internal rules. In general, however, the goods will be delivered within 7-14 business days here. For better coordination and to ensure that the product can be accepted, you will be contacted by the shipping company before, and a delivery appointment with you.
 During or after the receipt of goods, please check them for completeness or damage. Please also refer to our notes on complaints.

Delivery Area

Please note: There is almost possible worldwide. But the delivery area is sometimes limited. For technical reasons we sometimes can only process orders with certain delivery addresses.

Shipping costs / shipping methods

The prices do not include the stated shipping and handling charges. These are calculated automatically in the order process. Separately marked on items that are delivered by freight carrier due to their bulkiness or weight (shipping items) is charged a shipping fee. Duties and taxes for deliveries are borne by the buyer and not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs.
 If you have any questions about the total amount that we can inform you when the binding order confirmation by email or phone.
 Important: Delivery is generally only up to the curb. For insurance reasons, a delivery to the installation site is not possible.


All shipments can be tracked online. You will need your individual tracking number. These can be found in the e-mail, in which we inform you about the delivery of your order. The consignment number ends with the letter CN.
